There are many different types of nutrition and diets that can be found either online, or in other sources. Many of them are based on a process that we call ketosis, in which your body stops using carbohydrates as the main source of energy, and instead uses your own body fat, and fat that you take with food, as the primary energy source. The mentioned state of ketosis can be achieved by a keto diet, which is actually just another name for a low carb diet, because on the ketogenic diet, your goal is to eat food rich in proteins and fats, and low in carbs.
